Farm Bureau Insurance

Very nice ladies , they couldn't insure me for some reason and they tried to insure me through progressive , like all insurances they offer little to no protection for a lot of money and you are legally required to have it. Long story short ... Progressive didn't seem to want my money via bank transfer and they can't figure out how to take my cash. I give em three stars cause the nice ladies that work there seem to be trying and they are easy on the eyes.

We have been using Korson Insurance for years. They have amazing staff, great rates and are always there when you need help. If you have the pleasure of talking with Christina consider yourself luck, she is one of a kind and always quick to help and get things answered quickly. Don't bother shopping insurance anywhere else.

Very unprofessional office staff. Auto deducted my payment twice 17 days later no refund of my money. Did call to complain about my bad review. Offered no assistance on straigtening out my account. Buyer be very aware! 20 day update. Still no refund, no call or help from the agent. This is theft! 21 days and still no help from the so called agent. Take your business elsewhere this agent will let you down when you need him!
