When available, the agents at Citro have been very helpful in explaining our coverage and making recommendations. They have always been clear in communicating with me as well as courteous. Increased availability is my only request.

The Citro Agency has been handling all of our insurance needs for years. All of the agents are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They always strive to give us the best deal possible. I have never had a negative experience with this company and I like having a local agency to call when new situations or issues arise. They take care of everything!

My bank messed up my billing twice, that caused me to loose my automatic payment discount and raised my rates which Raise my rates enough that I did not want to pay that anymore I called them up and tried to explain the situation and was treated very poorly by my local rep. Poorly, I mean, literally hung up on me and she told me that if I didn’t like it, I could go elsewhere. To try to salvage situation I called Allstate directly and there’s nobody in America that you can speak to the only thing you will get is eventually some service representative from. I’m guessing India who will not allow you to speak to anybody about them. They shut down all conversations, they will not do anything for you, and that is not acceptable . Zero complaints. Quoted me for an auto policy at $100 below what I was paying. The monthly payments actually turned out to be less than what she had quoted me at. Everything went very smooth and now I have better insurance!
