Kris Luce: Allstate Insurance

We've had Allstate for many year's and when Kris assumed the agency for our locality and previous agent, we've continued to experience excellent customer service and support. I use email as a preferred communication w/ Kris's agency as it avoids missed phone calls/voice messages as well as delays and it helps me to document (=not forget) my inquiries accurately. Kris and team have been so supportive in being prompt to reply, wherever possible. Be it Drivewise, policy coverage and rates or a policy charge I'm not sure about, Kris and staff always keep us "in good hands" for communication and clarification.
