The owner hires inexperienced, ill trained employees to cut corners in keeping his overhead down. All this is telling after spending 20 minutes repeating the same info 2x due to poor listening & note-taking skills; when calling on an inquiry for “auto insurance.” I expressed it was a Time Sensitive Matter & required immediate coverage! I was assured that I would have an answer by the end of the day & Typically takes them a few hours To receive a response? So I ended up calling State Farm and was able to start a policy within 15 minutes. After 24hrs I called back as a follow up on the info I’d given. Again, after 2 attempts, I was eventually told my info was given to 1 company for coverage and still awaiting a response?

hmmm I don't know if the guys name was brian or brad. But he knew everything about insurance lol. All I cared about what my insurance card and getting my car registered. thanks guys!
