What a great service I received from Rafael Gonzalez at this location. The process of creating the new application with the market place was very easy. In less than 25 min I was out of the office with my covers effective the 1 of the following month. He explain everything I needed to know. I'm glad I was able to find him. For now he will be my number one person to call or go to.

Amazing service from Partiksha Bali. She has answered all of my questions regardless how many times i reached out. Wonderful service, she was very helpful.

Stay away from this company. They acquired Blue Cross Blue Shield and have proven to be a company who will provide benefits on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. Their customer service is terrible as well.

They lost my chat logs with my rep Trisha after speaking with them for over half an hour about some issues on 2-22-2023, during which I was told contradictory information about in-network doctors. The rep even took down my phone # and email which were the same as on my account, but never called or messaged me back. These were pretty important issues (which Trisha seemed to contradict herself on), so immediately after I tried chatting with another rep, Rowena, who said she would message Trisha to call me back asap that day, might take a few hours. Trisha never called me back. Long story short, we got disconnected and now BCBS claim they can't look up my chat logs which for some reason they either never saved or deleted.

Don't waste your time. Call the insurance company yourself! The workers here are lazy as hell, they do not care. They do not know what they are doing and are giving out misinformation. Please do not go to this location! These people are in a location where the people there need them the most! DO BETTER!
