DISGUSTING SERVICE. They senr my cancellation policy a week late to the insurance company, caused me a bill of 159$, the entire year having service with them my insurance agent Tiffany didn’t remember me or anything we spoke about,. Would speak to her THE NEXT DAY I would have to remind her everything we talked about and who I am because she’d not remember. Completely disorganized group; called many times asking to speak with my agent Tiffany, however they transferred me to a woman named “maryanne” and never introduced herself. I was completely unaware of who I was speaking to. I just called today and they don’t even say hello just with the rudest tone “Barclay.” So disrespectful. i was transferred to Maryanne, explaining to her they put in my cancellation late I put it through the 24th of

I've interacted with a few people over the phone at this agency. I'm not sure if they weren't having a good day at the time or if their customer service skills are just not up to par. They were very rude over the phone and barely have proper telephone etiquette.

Customer service was bit better this time around..in past I experienced subpar treatment from front desk and 1 agent since I am a low cost insurance..dollar a day client..I found this time around staff was not as rude to me as in past..I appreciate that..after all a paying client is still a client.

Always helpful and people there are very friendly would recommend very one to go there
