Absolutely please with Ray Kratz insurance. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I deal with Lisa most of the time and have always had a great experience with all my insurance needs. I have my car insurance and renters insurance through them and even though I've had other agencies reach out, I've continued to stay with Ray because of the excellent customer service.
We had a great experience switching to Allstate. We were able to save a significant amount of money on both our home and auto insurance without sacrificing any benefits. This agency made the transition very smooth and we felt comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Not pleased. Your Allstate inspector came to do inspection and just pit "good" on roof description, but the roof was replaced before we closed on the house and your underwriting dept will not update the roof age. We bought the house 5 years ago and you show it is 26 years old. You won't update without us getting receipts, which we can't because the house was a flip from a Utah holding company. I have been trying for years to get this fixed and until you do, I will not recommend Allstate.
I've been with Allstate, auto & homeowner’s, for 30 never put in homeowner’s claim. Been in current home for 1 year and when my plumber was replacing a valve we ran into a much bigger problem. The drain pipe behind sheetrock wall was found to be leaking and we found black mold behind the sheetrock. Allstate declined this $5000 or less claim (that's with my $1000 deductible)!! Claiming damage has to be recent or they don't cover. Being that the leak was behind a wall there was no way for us to know what was happening until we replaced a valve! My son has asthma and I'm a disabled veteran and no consideration for my son's health was taken I to account!! MY PREMIUMS OVER THE YEARS MORENO THAN COVERS THE DAMAGE?? YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!!! STAY AWAY
