I bought our house 10 years ago in February, insured it with the Villages Insurance The Casey Welch , was very helpful at the Colony location Moved here 9 years ago insured our car and golf cart with Casey, again she was so helpful with everything. Luckily we never got to use our insurance till this last November the14th when we returned from church approximately 6.5 hours later our toilet tank had leaked and flooded our master bedroom and the connected 2 other bedrooms all the carpets were soaking wet . Until I call them after my home insurance went up $1500 did they do anything for me. Shop your own insurance and you will do much better.
