When you need to talk to someone about benefits you get transferred to the Philippians. The reps have a hard time understanding what you are asking and takes forever pulling up your policy and reviewing. When they don't understand that you are asking they say yes to a question that is not a yes or no kind of question and ask will there be anything else. Very frustrating. Please use more US reps or train better...

The guy their wouldn’t help me because he wasn’t going to get any money from it. I have blue cross and was having trouble so I asked him for help. Just make a phone call to someone while I was there. Just wouldn’t do it without any money in his pocket. When it was all over he looked at me and said f ——— you. Twice to me. Now that’s a way to represent a company that is supposed to be helping people.

We have been with Robin Gump for ten years, and she has been excellent in providing support with our health care plans.

I don't recommend this insurance company because of very slow process and always you have to pay more from pocket so better go with other company.
