Loved Rogers Gray and did business with them for years. Saw a big change when the Baldwin Group took over... switched all my business from them and never looked back.

Sold one of my cars- informed them and they continued to charge me for months. Confirmed cancellation through the RMV- and they continued to charge. Took months to receive a refund which they took no responsibility. Poor customer service. They are middlemen brokers and don’t care. Go direct to insurance companies to avoid incompetence. Lady agent in Hyannis is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I've been with Rogers & Gray for several years now. They consistently go above and beyond to be helpful and to answer questions. My customer service representative is Kirstyn Dos Reis, and over the years, she has been exemplary in all she's done to make sure I receive excellent service. Everyone I've dealt with there has been fabulous. I would recommend Rogers & Gray to anyone seeking a highly professional company with the feel of an old-time, neighborhood business.

My company offers several group plans managed by Rogers and Gray - I have home, car, and pet insurance. They make it easy to sign up and are very responsive when you have questions. Beth, in particular, has been super helpful when I was buying a new house and needed to purchase a different policy.
