We've been very happy with Dowling & O'Neil. Our agent, John Curley, reviewed our homeowners policy which we had from another office and he was able to offer us far better coverage for nearly the same price. Our previous insurer just kept renewing the same policy without ever really looking into whether it was the best value for us. John has since found a much better policy for my parents as well. I'm impressed that he hasn't been just looking to sell a "piece of paper" but rather a policy that will be useful if needed. We've since transferred auto and workers comp policies to them as well, and have received excellent service on those. Highly recommended.

Mike Duffley is the best in the biz for large commercial lines. He's consultative; a true partner. This is truly needed in this complex environment. Mike allows us to sleep well at night knowing we are properly insured with no gaps and no unnecessary costs.

dowling and oneil gives good rates and great customer service-- we had a ridiculous quote from dolan and maloney insurance in ma --they had strung us along for a long time waiting for this huge quote for homeowners ins when they knew our mortgage had a deadline coming up. we were in panic mode to get a reasonable rate at the last minute. mark mccartin took the extra time and effort to give us a policy for less than half of the dolan and maloney quote and got everything done for us on time. thank you! you are a great group of people!
