The agent that I've worked with in the past was out of the office that week so I contacted her colleague, Debbie Torres. I left a message for Debbie and she called me back in less than 10 minutes. She pulled up my account and was able to answer my question right away. She then put in an inquiry with the insurer to make the changes that I had requested. I got an answer the next day. This is Customer Service at it's best! WIth so many insurance agencies/brokers out there they must provide good service. JGS certainly does.
