Susan and Kristie have absolutely taken care of me with my bundled auto and home insurance. I'm near the Raritan Bay coast in NJ, and after my prior home insurer pulled out of the area completely, it was a relief to find that State Farm. They still have the local agents like my parent used when I was growing up and they are incredibly helpful and responsive. Susan got my bundle set up initially on 2023 and it has been great to enjoy that discount plus the "Drive Safe and Save" discount program. In 2025 after I got married, Kristie helped me and my new husband combine our auto policies including adding vehicles, changing coverage, primary driver, etc. Thanks so much for making things so easy!!

I have been using State Farm since 2015 and they have offered exceptional service over the 10 years we’ve been with them. Danielle is always happy and eager to answer any of my questions or assist with a claim. She has been there as my three kids all got their drivers license and cars. I know when I call or email for anything, I’m going to be treated like I’m a part of their family.

I was helped immediately by all three members of this office. I called and Kristy picked up then I called back and Danielle was also able to help me no matter how many times I needed to pause and call back they were extremely helpful and patient with me. Can’t recommend this office enough for its customer service but also their enthusiasm to help.

I've been with State Farm for well over 35 years and Lauren's agency sets the standard for professionalism. Insurance is one area of your life that you need to be flawless and this office consistently "raises the bar". I just recently bought my son his first car and the dealer needed proof of insurance.
