It was horrible to hear my daughter crying on the phone after she was hit by an man with this insurance. We have called and emailed and finally we got ahold of a young lady that I am hoping they will do the right thing and help get the repairs on my new car. She said she will follow through with the adjuster etc till my car is fixed. This is good news for me and I cannot wait till the car is fixed for my daughter. The car is fixed and it looks beautiful. Just like new.
