Jace was super informative and easy to access, which I have recently learned is super important after having an accident. I left Progressive after 22 years because I couldn't get anyone to call me back after an accident. I met Jace through some mutual friends and without being pushy, he mentioned he could give me some good options if I had an interest and he delivered! He gave me multiple options to choose and made it easy for me to understand as my knowledge on the subject is limited. It was nice to deal with actual personalized service for once.
