10/10 recommend working with Rich and his team! As someone who is super busy and juggling a lot, I needed a mix of my hand held and things just done for me, and Rich executed that flawlessly! We had one in depth meeting where we went over all of my insurance needs - personal and business - and he put together a detailed plan, sent me videos explaining the products and our plan, and even gently nudged me when I took too long to Docusign my paperwork. He’s been so thorough, while still making the process mindlessly easy for me! As a real estate agent, I have felt not only comfortable, but excited, to send my clients in his direction because I trust he will take the best care of them, from both a customer service and a product standpoint.
