Absolutely amazing! 5 stars aren't enough to rate this experience with Alliance insurance Group that I had. Daniel and Macy Stapp are super personable, professional, caring and dedicated to give you the optimal experience that'll meet your needs in a time of due diligence. Good help is hard to come by these days and they supersede that; I'm honored to call them my new insurance representatives!

I had an excellent experience working with Dennis Gladden at Alliance Insurance Group. From the first call he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. Dennis went above and beyond to review my current policies and found me better coverage for both my home and car while saving me a significant amount of money. His quick communication and personalized service made the whole process completely stress-free.

I would strongly suggest NOT to use Alliance Insurance Agency. Unfortunately, the office personnel depends almost entirely on Brian to provide any information on your policy. The problem is, he's NEVER in the office. You are provided his phone number, and he, again NEVER ANSWERS the phone. Of course, you can always leave a message on the voice mail, with an anticipation he'll return your call. DON'T waste your time, as Brian, typically, WILL NEVER RETURN YOUR CALL. I'm canceling my policy now, and I just hope I'LL be able to discover the process. Again, DON'T USE THIS INEPT ALLIANCE AGENCY.

I seriously trust Alliance Insurance Group. My wife and I have been with them for years but now I tell my buyers who are looking to buy a home about them.
