Been with them almost three years. I got two new cars and had to switch them obviously. Their incompetent agents didn’t charge what they were supposed to- causing me to have 2 payments with NO NOTICE in September totally over 300 for THEIR MISTAKE. Travis admitted it was his mistake and sees the multiple errors THEY made and refuse to do the right thing about it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Been with affordable for awhile and the last couple policies I’ve got thru affordable, Cierstin has helped me out a ton. Highly recommend them wherever or not you need an SR-22

Got insurance that started on the 5th of January. Paid $70, fine and dandy, get my bill for this up coming month $76. Uhh what? Why did it go up? Called affordable insurance they said I never showed proof of being a homeowner. Okay well I was NEVER asked to. Called my insurance company they stated the same but went into more detail. They get the policy's and if you've applied discounts you have a certain amount of time to turn it in. Okay cool. She also stated the said a memo to affordable insurance to reach out to the policy holder to get the proof. Well per one of the guys at affordable insurance THEY RARELY reach out to get this proof. Screw this place can NOT wait for this six months to be over.

Sour then sweet. When i first got quoted back in early 2019 for full coverage insurance on a 2017 they told me it was going to be $430 and because of my age i accepeted it because it was the cheapest at the time, i was with progressive for 2 terms then i switched. I recently went back for another try with them, and they quoted me $170!! I told my mom about them and she switched and saved over $100 compared to what she was paying for her other insurance.

They are always so friendly and do everything to get you in and out plus they have great rates as well. I've been with this company my whole driving time and will never go elsewhere I highly recommend them.
