I was involved in an accident yesterday 7/21 at around 4pm. I called my insurance to report the accident. I was hit by a motorist who ran a red light. Christine Chia helped me and since it was already closing time and everyone was going home, she happened to notice that I called 3x and sensed the urgency. She took my info and asked me to call the next day. Prior to talking to her, I called the number listed on listed on my Allstate Policy. I was told multiple times to call the 800 number to file for a claim. It was difficult to get a hold of anybody. So, I waited the next day to call Christine. Stay away from this agency We were transferred to T&H Agency when our provider retired back in '21. We had to restart our policy, do a new down payment and go through a crap show to get insured again. We were never informed that, they take over. My spouse had a DUI in 2010 and had an sr22 for 2 years from 2021 to 2023. Hasn't had a ticket or moving violation . Fast forward to 2025, we ran into a bit of a financial hiccup and got cancelled for non payment, which we paid. We were trying to stay with All State, they declined our policy as it's a new policy and they don't take past DUIs regardless if your history with them. Don't even try calling as they don't pick up, return messages, or reply to emails.
