This branch is in a great, convenient location right off the 15, and at first glance, having a full-service AAA center here seems like a huge plus! Unfortunately however, the way it’s managed makes the experience anything but smooth! The staff, including the general manager Darrin, appear poorly trained on even the most basic fundamentals. Things like membership levels, pricing, and what services are actually included. Something as simple as a notary turned into a drawn out ordeal. Over the phone, we were given one set of answers, only to arrive and be told something completely different. When the manager stepped in, I expected leadership, empathy, or at the very least acknowledgment of the miscommunication. Instead, he deflected with comments like, “I don’t know, I wasn’t the one who

Solid 3.5 Came in for a Notary, I was in and out within 15mins. I didn’t have to wait long but the person that greeted me was a bit odd, wasn’t friendly or anything. The place was clean and the service was fast. I have to mention this is the second time we got a Notary done here, the first took a while and Although we are plus members I remember asking about the price and the first young lady mentioned it was free... But later we were charged. I do like the convenience of the location its near restaurants so If you do visit, plan to have lunch nearby.

I came here because of the reviews, and ive been wacthing them call people that were before me and after for over 30 minutes and im still waiting and no one is in here waiting. Won't be stopping at this office in the future. We'll as soon as I posted this the guy came over and asked me if ive been helped. He couldn't understand why I didn't pop up. Was unable to help due to DMV policies about forms of payment. Really starting to reconsider my membership if most of thr services I need are no longer available unless you have a credit card. No debit cards accepted at AAA for DMV services. Even though I drove to the DMV and paid with the same debit card there.

AAA Eastvale is like stepping into an alternate reality where government-adjacent errands don’t steal your soul. I walked in, waited maybe 10 minutes, and five minutes later—BOOM—new car registered, paperwork done, and I was back in the car before my podcast intro was over. They take checks, credit cards, and they don’t act like you just ruined their day by showing up. The staff? Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. I didn’t even get the chance to doom-scroll or re-evaluate all my life choices like I do in the DMV waiting room. Bonus: we’ve had the membership forever and it’s saved our butts more times than I can count. Locked out of the car? Tow needed? AAA shows up like Batman with jumper cables
