Texas Farm Bureau Insurance

We moved over to Farm Bureau for our auto insurance about a year ago and it was a great decision. The agent, Kurt Odom, is super nice, and his staff have always been helpful. We live in Katy, and their office is in Rosenberg, but they have been able to take care of every request I have asked about, no issues!

Was a long-term customer when out of nowhere, my rates were twice higher as others my age, same driving record. The rep, whom was great, could not figure out why. Ended up leaving & paying lower premiums for multi policies elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Andrea Carmona helped me adjust my existing coverage in a quick and efficient manner. I'm very grateful for her assistance. I recommend Texas Farm Bureau Insurance and Andrea for anyone looking for car insurance. I've had to use roadside service twice and both times was helped quickly and with no additional fees. Raised rates to a ridiculous amount without justification. Office staff (Irene) was very unprofessional and rude. They thought we'd pay $499 a month to insure two automobiles. Funny. Switched to Progressive and now we're at $237 a month for comprehensive coverage on 2 newer vehicles. Good luck Texas Farm Bureau. You're going to need it.

Very disappointed in the response from Farm Burau, we have been long time customers and the customer satisfaction has always been great. Today was another story. My wife had a flat in Houston and needed assistance. She waited over 2 hours for assistance. She ended up having to call a private tow company to change her tire which cost 200 dollars. Just a word of caution if you ever need road assistance do not go through the Farm Bureau, they were a real disappointment today. This is very dangerous if you are a woman in today's climate. Farm Bureau should strive to do better. We would be happy to discuss this in better detail with a representative.
