Excellent customer service, haven't met awesome customer service that Adam has gave me!!! Affordable insurance, great fast pace situation for me to get going on the road!!! My mom went in to ger her id cards ended up saying her policy was expired cause we never sent them the pictures of a vehicle that had full coverage keep in mind i did send them i have proof.. anyways my mom calls me and tells me i go over and see whats the issue and showed the manager proof that i sent over the pictures she asked for. She said oh so now they wanted my mom to pay alot alot to start the policy again i told her why were gonna pay if yall not doing their job right i asked her whos in charge of the txt message she said everyone is so they just saw my message and left jt alone they didnt send it pver to the policy ask her for the info of the owner she cant give me info so hopefully she abel To call us and see what we can fix so we went to another insurance asked for a quote and

They were quick to help when REMCO didn't not inform me my 6 month policy expired 4 days before payment is due . I really appreciate your help and the quick in and out service. You have a customer for life. Thanks for helping me out again when REMCO failed to.

A young lady by the name of Ceci helped me out greatly!!! She was very kind and patient and tended to my needs and even got me a better price for my auto insurance. I highly recommend her service!
