The BEST customer service in the industry. Shawn is the the man! More benefits than any of the big names topped off with an actual person on the phone. Not to mention the BEST rates to boot! There is a yearly $43 fee to be a member of the Farm Bureau but that's where all the benefits come in. Discounts at multiple places with the membership and cheap insurance? Count me in!
