Melissa Jones Insurance Agency has been a God send. Anytime I have questions, I send an email or call and I get a quick response. There is no beating around the bush. I came across an issue with the insurance I originally had and Laura did her magic and got us the insurance that we needed. Melissa has been my insurance agent for 3 years now.She has always been very helpful with anything that I have needed reguarding my car insurance. Not only that, but she has always been willing to help me find ways to save money and figure out what insurance coverage would suit my needs the best. And her co- worker Laura is awesome !!! Every month she will call to remind me when my payment is due knowing how forgetful I am !!!! Also, she is always willing to make necessary changes regarding my policy due to the fact that I frequently change cars that I own and drive.
