Their adjuster Josh Elder is a complete and total a-hole. He is not on your side and does everything in his power to either rip you or not pay at all. Had insurance with them for years and when it came time for a claim was treated like trash. Do not buy insurance here. I am also aware of many more people that were treated the exact same way.

Worst adjuster in Texas. Josh Elder. Took him 2 months to return my calls after I was hit by someone with Texas Farm bureau insurance. Then he proceeded to write an estimate for $682. The correct total for my damage ended up being $3800. Oh and I will be without my car for 3 weeks. He informed me it was up to me to rent a car on my dime and then I can get reimbursed. I wonder how long that would take if it took him 2 months to return my calls. I would not wish this experience on anyone. I have only been hit one time before and that person had progressive. That experience was wonderful. They had my car fixed in 3 days, they took me to get a rental and back to get my truck when it was ready. I had no idea I could be treated like this by an adjuster.

We have been insuring here for many years now and have also had reasonable prices and the staff is super helpful! Eva is always amazing at getting information I'm needing very quickly! I highly recommend insuring here!!

Had insurance with them for a couple of years and really like it. The agents are good and the agency manager is fantastic about getting back to you in a timely manner!
