The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have helped me save a lot of money by bundling my life, home, and auto insurance together. They are willing to stay late and come in on Saturdays to accommodate me and others.
My experience was great! They explained everything to me to where I could understand. Offered me water and snacks and made me feel more than just a customer!
A life insurance policy was taken out on me when I was a child. Then my parents borrowed against it for whatever reason and now Guy Chaneys office is after me for the interest. Who does that? Who allows that? I’m going to fight this tooth and nail and I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE DIME FOR A DECISION I NEVER MADE. Shame on this office.
