Horrible insurance!!! Wrong name on policy after asking for corrections since day one...here we are ten months later and still the same headache. Service is a joke, follow up is non existent, and to top the cake they will not return calls. Do yourself a favor and STEER clear of these people

I had been a member since 2008. I had multiple life insurance policies, both my home and rental home and all my autos insured thru them. I recently removed all my services. I feel like I was paying way more than I should have. I never had any claims but when my rental property was broken into recently. Guess what! All those years I have been paying and it Wasn't even covered for burglary. It was covered for the stupid crap. Lightning strikes fire, hail, wind. Another words nothing. I trusted my agent to make sure that I'm covered. That's their job and specialty is insurance. I assumed they were in for my best interest but they are just in it for money.
