Amanda and Stephanie helped me today and even though it is so cold outside they made sure when I came in I felt at home . I was doing a change to my policy but they ended up finding me a more affordable one ! Thank you so much .... Amanda just FYI they don't make managers like you anymore you are a real one ma'am. Celeste helped me find a much better policy that was cheaper and with great benefits! As I am a young adult, this process can be stressful, but she was patient and very helpful in explaining the process. I would 10/10 recommend!

Worst experience ever! Amanda is so unprofessional! As soon as I sat down she complained to me because my children took cheese puffs that mind you said free! She stated it was one bag per family although her stupid sign didn't''t indicate that! She evidently doesn't know insurance law as well because she refused to back date my insurance even though I had proof that I sold my vehicles in such date. I spoke to one of the supervisors and he informed me she is INCORRECT! And we could back date the cancellation as long as I can show my paperwork from the dealership. Also the atmosphere is so unprofessional! She was blasting loud unprofessional ungodly music that had profanity! If you plan on bringing your children beware do not take more than one bag of Cheetos. Or she will lose her
