Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company

The bad reviews are only from people who didn't qualify for insurance for whatever reason (house or car in bad condition, low credit score, etc.). Don't listen to them! I checked out Farmers (who the low reviews went to) before I came here, and I was amazed at the low prices (I formerly had McFerrin which is horrible), but heard really good things about Farm Bureau, so I decided to check them out. The rates were slightly better, and the service was fantastic. I know that my agent (Richard Joffrin) works very hard and is one of the best in the areas. The price is lower than most places, and the coverage is great. I heard that they did a very good job with claims during Harvey, which is why I checked them out. I would recommend them to anyone.

I honestly wish I could give more stars!!! Mr. Hughes, chase is beyond amazing!! I got in a wreck on Feb 8th and it took Mr. Hughes less then a week to get everything done!! He has went above and beyond to make this such a easy process!! He was beyond professional and always made sure to answer any questions I had or made sure I understood things!! I hope his boss(es) are beyond proud to have him on their team!! Because of Mr. Hughes I'm switching to Texas farm bureau insurance!! I highly suggest if you ever in a wreck and you have to deal with this insurance company you ask for Mr. Hughes!! 10 out of 5 stars in my book!!!

I have been a customer with state farm, farmer's and everything in between. Texas farm bureau is the cheapest by far with awesome customer service. I have dealt with Richard for over 15 year's and even though im up the road From their Fannett location their great customer service keeps me coming back.

I've been with Farm Bureau for about 15 years now and I can honestly say they've been great to me. I highly recommend them. I deal with Port Arthur office. Very courteous folks. Thank you Farm Bureau
