Maria Flores: Allstate Insurance

Just called here asking for a quote on homeowners insurance. The lady told me that I would be saving more by bundling home and auto. Then asked if this is something that would interest me…. I told her, not yet. I just wanted to see what the homeowners quote was. Then she proceeds to tell me “unfortunately we can only give quotes to bundled insurances at this time.” Good luck with that. I knew in a few minutes that this place was an absolute NO for me. 10 out of 10, would not recommend.

Not exactly the friendliest customer service UPDATE: service is no better, and may be horribly worse, when you are involved in an accident. Agent showed zero concern or appreciation, was not helpful IN ANY WAY and just instructed me to "get the police report and call their insurance company".... just horrible customer service! The worse. She never offered info on how I could obtain a rental, even though I pay for the coverage on time EVERY month. Use ALLSTATE but if customer service is important to you, I would not consider this particular agency

In my experience, Maria S Flores insurance with ALLSTATE is the best insurance. I am always able to contact my agent about anything, and my questions or concerns are always answered in a timely manner. I am very happy to recommend Maria S Flores insurance, the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The only problem I'm having with is the price. I have two cars and home insurance. I should be able to get a good discount.
