STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! This has been, without question, the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had policies with Progressive and Geico, and I genuinely thought TXFB would be an upgrade.. until I totaled my vehicle. The moment I needed real support, I was met with rudeness, zero accountability, and complete incompetence. I spoke with SIX different representatives - including a supervisor - and every single one gave me conflicting information. Even my monthly premium numbers were inconsistent depending on who I spoke with. That should NEVER happen. They claimed they received a renewal I never authorized, then proceeded to attempt multiple withdrawals afterward. Absolutely unacceptable. I am cancelling on the spot and have already moved my policy to Jeremy Fuller State Farm

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TXFB was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and COMPLETELY INCONSISTENT!!! We got DIFFERENT answers from EVERY single person we spoke to, and NOTHING was handled clearly or correctly!!! The service was FRUSTRATING, CONFUSING, and downright DISRESPECTFUL!!! We will NEVER trust them with our insurance again!!!
