If you have to file a claim, Amanda is who you want in your corner; she’s amazing! My daughter’s car was recently hit by a deer (yep 😒), and unfortunately, it was a total loss. Amanda was there for our family through the whole process. She checked on my daughter’s wellbeing, walked us through all the steps in the claims process, thoroughly answered all of our questions, was very responsive, and really went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. I called this State Farm office and was introduced to Lori Chambers. She proved to be incredibly nice, patient, and very competent with regards to insurance and what she was able to provide. She worked with me to provide quotes specific to my situation as well as the means to obtain the best rates. Lori is familiar with the area as well as the insurance needs of Texans.
