Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company

I made a claim damage caused by a vehicle from this insurance company with a police report, and they refused to take responsibility. Contact TXDI and filed a complaint.

Had them for a few years, every 6 months my policy went up with no explanation except "it went up". Customer service is a joke. Would not refer to my worst enemy.

0 stars if possible! Every single month something ON THEIR END went wrong and I would get stuck with fees! When I first got the insurance I set up auto pay! I shouldn’t have to call to see why it was never paid then when I do it’s totally their mistake and I get stuck with the late charge! And this very last month of course I had to call and pay over the phone bc it didn’t come out automatically and even though I paid they still cancelled my insurance and I had no clue! They need to hire people that know how to do their job cause the lady’s response as to why my insurance was canceled was “well I wasn’t the one who took your payment”

I tried for nearly a week to get a quote for home and auto. You aren't able to get a quote online like you can with every other insurance company. I called several times and emailed without any luck. I guess they don't need business.

Called and emailed them for an auto quote with all information 2 weeks ago and still yet to hear back from them. Spoke with 2 different people and emailed them asking about the quote. And NO RESPONSE!! None! I would hate to see what it was like if we ever needed a claim to be handled through THIS location.
