She was an outright godsend who showed so much concern and genuine care for my personal situation. She walked me through the whole process and calmed me down and actually saved me money from my previous coverage from Progressive and Allstate. What a pleasant surprise to work with such a dedicated and professional young lady who puts the customer first!

I must say I was highly impressed by the service I received from Dave from StateFarm. Dave is Amazing, he worked with me by putting himself as a customer, and told me what he would do and what he would go for, gave me a better deal than progressive or any other Insurance companies put together. He went above and beyond, give me a call back when I need a time to think about it, and he still locked the rating for me when I was ready. Now that’s how you give a five star customer service.
