Great agent and staff! We've used this office for over 15 years and they've always taken great care of us. When we have needed any kind of paperwork or help with an issue they have been very fast and professional. Everyone I've talked to here has been friendly and helpful.

State Farm is one the worst insurance companies to have. They apologize to customers for their mess ups but don’t do anything about it and expect the customer to suffer to pay for their mess ups. I’ve never been this neglected and mistreated from an insurance company. State Farm claims took over two days to tow my car, and have me paying for their mistakes. I’ve never been undervalue as a customer ever with an insurance company. State Farm think an apologize is enough for me spending so much money on a rental car. I’m leaving State Farm after this claim.

I requested an insurance quote because my Mom's been with State Farm for over 50 years. Received the quote. Changed coverage on one of my vehicles. Received the new quote. I paid for 6 months on one of the vehicles and monthly for the one I changed. When I changed the coverage their "new", "updated" system did not give multi-car discount on the vehicle I had already paid fully.. I spent 3 months trying to get the discount which was pretty substantial. Nobody could get this accomplished. Neither the agent nor the underwriters. It was their mistake but they would not refund us the discount amount. They said we would have to wait for the new coverage period. A multi-billion dollar company refused to refund us for their mistake. We switched insurance immediately. I would not recommend this Sta
