My house in West Fork was destroyed by fire 1/7/25 while I was staying at a VA hospital in Dallas with a son with a broken neck, paralyzed from an accident The entire West Fork neighborhood is ALREADY proclaiming my new house, not even all the way built 'yet', to be the prettiest house in the neighborhood! I have definitely gotten a kick out of hearing from the movers and shakers of this community. This BRANCH is amazing and I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone wondering which insurance company to choose. They turned a tragedy into something amazing. Even though I lost everything except my sons ashes and medals, my poor deceased husbands truck, and a couple of pictures, it was bearable because of them. Good luck getting anyone to call you back. No one is ever in the office and if they are there, they’ll tell you one of the agents will call you back and then that never happens. I was trying to buy a policy, but I guess it’s a good thing because if I can’t get them to call me back when I’m trying to buy something, if I had a claim, they’re never going to call me back.

The agent we have is never in his office and hard to get in touch with. We moved all but one policy to another company. Our agent also referred us to his long time buddy to build our house. HUGE mistake! He should stop referring people to his buddies because we aren't the only people who had issues with him. I've no doubt the agent got a kickback. Highly unprofessional. If I could change agents for my life policy I would!

Wife's car was flooded during Imelda on a Thursday. TXFB surged claims agents, adjusters and assessors from other areas to the Houston area. Seven days later wife is in her new car. Even though they had to be overwhelmed with claims we never felt rushed. They were understanding, patient and professional through it all. Can't even nit pick a single thing.

Been a customer for years around 10, they canceled my policy without a even a phone call to let me know i had to call them trying to pay my bill and had to find out via me calling this company that my insurance was canceled due to a miscalculated payment on my part. Thankfully i have statefarm on speed dial #worstcompanyonearth
