Texas Farm Bureau has been good to us since we switched to them. Our agent Brad has been super helpful and got us a comparable rate on much better life insurance than we had before. He has personally spent many hours with my husband and me going over all the ins and outs of our policies and is always available to answer questions when needed. He has also been very prompt and responsive when we've needed to make changes to our auto policy. We're currently adding a truck and the process has been so easy! Seriously so great to work with. I'm really thankful for our relationship with this company and for their excellent customer service.

No joke...Texas Farm Bureau saved me several thousand on my home and auto annually; with increased coverage! Got life insurance too and I'm still saving money. If you have a choice ask for Brad. He's my agent. Brad was patient and made sure my policies were the way I needed them to be. Another great thing about Brad is that he answers his cell! I do not miss having to play phone tag, wait on hold or always talk to a secretary. Really good customer service from this guy.

TOLD ME HE NEEDED MY HUSBAND INVOLVED TO SELL ME AUTO INSURANCE (HUSBAND DIED 7 YEARS ago) I just had the most absurd conversation I think I’ve ever had with any insurance professional in my life. I called in for a simple auto insurance quote yesterday. I finally received a return phone call today from this guy Luke Hammer in the College Station location. He told me how he “worked” was to get some more information from me about the vehicles and that he needed to come sit down with me and my HUSBAND in order to explain the coverage to us. He was very emphatic (3X) that my husband needed to be present. He was very condescending the way he spoke to me like it was a child. It came across very arrogant. After listening to him go on, because he dominated the conversation so that I couldn’t get

My husband and I recently decided to get life insurance. The whole process seemed overwhelming and daunting, but our agent, Brad, made it as simple as possible. He took the time to explain in simple terms everything we needed to know. He was happy to sit down with us and answer all our questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel confident with the decisions we made. He was so personable that he actually came to our home when it was convenient for us instead of having to make an appointment and go to an office. All in all Brad made the whole experience much easier and walked us through every step. I highly recommend! We ended up switching our home to Texas Farm Bureau too. Very impressed with this company so far.

The roadside assistance program is sketchy. Called for fuel delivery and was charged for the gas. He'll, I can walk to the gas station and fill up a can myself. No where does it state in clear, plain language that there is a charge for the fuel. Like the delivery guy said, it is rare for 2 gallons to not be included. Say it up front if there's a charge and don't be vague about it. Also, sold a 2021 and dropped the coverage and still paying almost $200/mo. for a 2006 and 2013.
