Warning to other customers: I was promised great rates when switching to KC Fisher for both my home and auto insurance. Instead, my premiums have gone up every single month on both policies. For the last 90 days, I’ve had to call/message repeatedly, but nothing has been fixed. Even reaching out to State Farm customer service directly has gotten me nowhere, they stated I need to go through my agent. I have insurance through State Farm in Louisiana and Florida and I have zero complaints. This agency came across as friendly and helpful at first, but that quickly changed once I signed on. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
