This office has been extremely frustrating to deal with. When I added my daughter to my policy, I was told my due date was the 17th. Later, they claimed they sent a text message that went to my spam and mailed a notice that I never received. No one bothered to call me directly and instead gave excuses as to why they could not call, even though they were the ones who provided the incorrect due date. Calls were not returned, and communication was very poor overall. Instead of resolving the issue, they canceled my policy. When I made the payment on what I was told was my due date, my premium increased by $100, which is unreasonable. The only direct communication I received was a text message stating my policy had been canceled. That message came from Alisha, who was rude and unprofessional. I

I highly recommend Texas Farm Bureau Insurance for their great home& auto insurance! Our agent Luke Reichenstein is very helpful and saved me money! I appreciate the effort to make sure I understand each aspect of my policies! Friendly and calls back whenever I reach out to him with any questions!

I give Luke 5 stars.. I had just bought my house a year earlier and stayed with the insurance who had us before. I gave Luke a chance to look at my existing coverage and compare to what he could do. He took the time to go line by line with me on my existing coverage. I had no idea how truly vulnerable i was with my policy. My home was really not covered. If any major event happened the insurance would not cover me. Luke not only got me completely covered on my home, but also looked at my car insurance. He was able get me higher coverage on both my car and home without raising my bill. Now i have no problems sleeping easy at night knowing I'm covered in any event. Thank you Luke for caring and being great at your profession!!

Ridiculous people and expectations. They consistently raise their prices, more than our other insurances. Expect us to send them a yearly fee for scholarships and will bother you daily until it’s paid. We went to cancel due to the high cost. We asked to cancel at the end of the months term and they said our money is out of our pockets and our plan is canceled before the end of the PAID month?! We also asked them SEVERAL times over the years we were with them for copies of insurance and we NEVER received them. PITIFUL!

I have been with Texas Farm Bureau now since 2008 as my Insurance company. The customer service is great and its nice to be able to put a face with a voice and actually have a place to sit down and speak with an agent or adjuster. I have had a couple of claims and the process was quick and easy, was taken care of in no time.
