Farmers Insurance - Amber Fuchs

I had been looking for quotes for homeowners insurance (not a task I looked forward to) and in some cases, the office I called would get my name and tell me they would call me back, leaving me in the same spot I was in when I called, or calling me back at an inopportune time. When I called this local office, I was helped immediately by Cori and received a great quote within minutes. She was super helpful and we were able to complete the deal in a day. She made it easy to sign all the documents online, but we did go by the office (just wanted to know where it was and meet the people). Everyone was friendly and I could not be happier to have this done and in a way that I would recommend to anyone.

So I was transferred to this agency from a different Farmers agency, for a reason out of my control, it had nothing to do with me, and it was done without my prior knowledge. I didn't choose this agency. Here's the thing. Since being at this agency, my premium increased astronomically without cause (no accidents or payouts for old accidents within the previous 3 years) or explanation (besides "the industry"). Debbie is awesome. Cori is a "Karen." When I called to question the sudden hike in my policy, she turned around and falsely accused me of not switching my driver's license to Texas within 90 days - by spewing at me a driver's license number that was never mine in any state. I was disturbed, because the original Farmers agency where I got my policy from had the correct and current info

My husband I switched all of our insurance needs to Amber’s agency because we were having problems getting good customer service from our former agent (and she’s a really good friend). Since switching, we could NOT be happier! Not only has Amber and her team reviewed our policies to save us every dollar, but Amber has also walked us through the great intricacies of life insurance. We so appreciate all the effort she put into getting us quality insurance. We are already reaping great benefits in only a couple months time!

I am 65 years old and I have had lots of property insurance agents over the years. Amber's office and specifically Debbie Amburg are the best. Not only did they win my business with great Farmers rates, the customer service from this office is second to none. Dont think you need to be in the Burleson area either. I am way over in Cedar Hill, with a Farmers agent right here, but Amber won my business. Also, I just filed a roof claim, and the Farmers claim process was easy as can be.

Debbie Amburn at Amber Fuchs' office is THE BEST. She's always looking out for the best coverage @ the best rate-- even during mid-policy, not just at renewal time. I've been with Debbie for many years and have followed her as she's changed offices and agents. Wouldn't dream of looking elsewhere since she has my best interest at heart and seems to know just what I need before I even realize it. You'll never find an insurance rep that's more personal, professional and conscientious than Debbie.
