I dealt with Leslie who has the patience of a saint dealing with the changes I requested, not 1, not 2, but 3 times. She is always eager to help and has a great disposition for someone working with the public. A very lovely woman and one of the reasons my wife and I do not shop for any other insurance agent. A pleasure to work with.
