Amazing experience with StateFarm- Staten Island team! StateFarm has been absolutely amazing! Their customer service is outstanding, always responsive, consistently following up, and genuinely caring. I’ve had quite a lot going on lately and it’s easy to become reactive when life feels overwhelming. But this particular Statefarm Office in Staten Island showed such compassion and understanding. I met with Keith McCormack back in October while shopping for a new policy. I was previously with Geico for over 30 years. He was aces, answering multiple questions and presented me with various options for home and auto insurance to suit my individual needs. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the decision to switch agencies easy, and I ended up saving a significant amount of money overall and was able to get more insurance coverage than I had previously. He even guided me to help me outsource an umbrella policy, even though state farm did not handle such policies in NY.
