Here is a copy of an email I tried to send to Terry Cavnar after not receiving the type of assistance or customer service that is generally appropriate. "This email is to inform you that there have been events leading up to the dissatisfaction in your services and we are seeking a refund of $157.40 initially paid November 21, 2024 to set up homeowners insurance on our new property we are renovating in the country, in Hinton, OK. Chris instructed us to take pictures and upload them to the website with the explanation that we were currently renovating the property. Approximately 2-3 weeks later, we received a letter stating that we did not qualify for a policy and were given a lengthy list of reasons why which reflected the fact that the ex
