They are so supportive in always helping me figure out what’s the best plan for me long term for both coverage and for affordability overall. They are so personable, kind and always put their clients as their top priority.

We have been using Crow (Chris) & Associates for years and couldn't ask for better treatment. Chris is about 100% available for every little inquiry and always, always gets back to me timely when necessary. The staff is always friendly when we pay our once a year visit. We are never looking for another agent because frankly I am not sure we would find a better company (and one that can put up with me!). Stop by and chat, give them a chance to give you a quote. Betty helped me in 2010 with Social Security and insurance which meant the world to me. I had spent my life in medicine and knew next to nothing about retiring and had recently lost my mother. I was apprehensive and she was so kind and everything worked perfectly.

I would not recommend him unless you get in writing what you are getting and for what reason. I called and explained what I wanted and was given something just for him to make a quick buck. I will pull my little company from him and also let everyone else know they should go else where.
