Not professional. I’ve been trying to get a new quote for the new year to compare to the previous and I haven’t even gotten a call back in weeks so I went with someone else. Guess everything happens for a reason because my new quote was wayyy better but this is still unacceptable for a business because what if I was in dire need of auto insurance asap! So be mindful choosing them and if you have to shop around do it, don’t settle on a quote if you don’t want to or are not feeling it because there’s always a possibility to find a better quote out there and also go with a personal broker that the bigger insurance companies recommend and tbh Terra insurance wasn’t one of the recommendations but the new company it he got me right…they was! So food for thought.
