I have only had positive experiences with Teri DiGrande and her State Farm agency. Teri and her agents are extremely responsive and get back to me quickly with information. They are fair minded and good at explaining things. My most recent problem with my vehicle was resolved in less than a week when I received a check for the full amount of a tow truck that I had paid out of pocket for.
