So friendly and efficient! Victoria at the front was friendly, helpful and got my international license sorted out in 10 minutes! She also gave me tips for my travels. What a lovely person and office.

Spoke to a woman on the phone after dealing with a robot for 10 minutes. She said it was an additional 65$ since I had just bought my membership that day. I took 20 seconds to decide if I wanted to wait till the next day for no $65 fee before she said have a good night and hung up. Very dissapointed and now I have no car for Christmas. I would’ve paid the 65$. She had a nasty attitude and I hope she has the Christmas she deserves.

No response from agent! Met with Jodi early Nov to discuss 2 week trip. Jodi stated she would prepare a quote. I reached out via email and phone 3 times before and after Thanksgiving and early Dec with no response. Also left voice message for manager and no response. Been a member for many years but travel service has declined.

We worked with Jodi, the worst travel agent ever. Never returns calls or email and then says the branch's Internet was out for a week (what about the phones). I called corporate to complain, I wanted to speak with her manager and the associate transferred me to Jodi without my authorization. We received a credit back she did not let us know what optional tour was cancelled tried to book another optional tour but she said that was cancelled also. While we were away on another trip the travel company sent via Fedex travel documents that sat on our porch until me neighbor noticed the package. We had told Jodi we wanted to go to her office when the travel documents arrive to review. She should retire if she can't keep up! November in addition the Zurich insurance she sold us is making us jump

I had a great experience when I went to get my International Driver’s Permit. The front desk staff was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. She guided me through the process step by step, answered all my questions patiently, and completed everything much faster than I expected. The service was quick, reliable, and stress-free. I truly appreciate how smooth the entire experience was.
