My experience with Teresa and Stephanie was incredible. Even though I was in the midst of moving, etc, State Farm was there, lol.Incredible difference in pricing, wonderful difference.I opted to try their Drive Safe and Save program, which actually shows them your driving habits, distance, etc. It's actually very interesting, and does make you more conscious of your own driving habits,with scores, and all! I was so impressed with their excellent and timely communication, that I purchased renter's Insurance as well, best bargain I've seen in years! Great experience thus far working with the Libby State Farm team. We can't speak to any sort of claim response/processing matters at this point; however, Stephanie was very responsive and professional throughout the quote and policy issue process and the premiums were very competitive.
