Fantastic people! The entire staff is outgoing and do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied and taken care of. Knowing your agents has a major advantage over big box faceless insurance companies. The Peck’s and their team are always available and always here for me when I need them.

I would not normally write a review for a non-entertainment business, however, in this busy world full of technology, there is a huge human disconnect. If I didn't remember the years of customer service in local stores, I would not share my experience at Glacier Insurance in Libby. I walked in the door with no appointment, which I would not recommend, but an agent squeezed me in before an her 'next' appointment and we ended up giving her enough information to finish up what we needed over the telephone. Every time I called with a question, my call was either answered immediately or I received a call back within a reasonable amount of time. Then a few weeks ago, I walked in the door again to see about insuring a boat. Again, an agent dropped what she was working on and got to work giving me
