Tedrick Insurance

We recently needed to speak with Shelly at Tedrick Insurance involving one of her insured. She told me she would speak to the insured and call be back with how to proceed. I waited two days and never heard back. I then called her to be informed they were not going to do anything to rectify their wrong doing. I especially thought the sarcastic giggles as she hung up were very professional.

Well, where do I start? Most people in my company just turn down this insurance because they say it is too high, but I wanted to research further. I got information on the company themselves and read the policy options. When I called to have them explained the woman who answered said that the main agent was on vacation but that she could pull up the policy and go through the information with me. After going over the policy it seemed almost too good to be true. It would cost me $200 a month, but the company would be paying in an extra $1200+ a month. When I asked why the numbers were different and why they were paying in so much she told me that anything over what I paid (meaning what the company paid in) would be going into a health savings account, which would accrue over time and c
